White Glove Services is looking for team players to work in a fast-paced Call Center Environment. We receive 400-1000 calls a day to book services; we need excellent people that can handle this level of responsibility.

Expanding company in White Glove Services seeks outgoing and positive call center representatives to work in their fast paced call center. Must have at least 2 years of call center experience and strong software skills.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to account holders. In this role the customer service representative will assist and resolve-account related questions and challenges under the guidance and support of the department.
Duties:
- Inbound phone volume for customer inquires 70% to 90% (depending on business need
- Answer and provide concise, accurate, and complete responses to all inquires
- Determine caller's need and proactively provide appropriate information
- Explore all viable solutions, while offering guidance in determining the most appropriate course of action
- Update and verify all account maintenance information
- Customer inquiry follow-up 25% to 5% of time (depending on business need)
- Maintain comprehensive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process all customer requests within the predetermined time frame guidelines
- Provide accurate and summarizing notes in system of record
Required Qualifications
Education:
Experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 2 years corporate call center experience - inbound or outbound
- Proficient with MS Office Products
- Typing skills of 30wpm minimum
- Able to use office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and printers
- Salary range is from $35k to $110K, based on commissioned sales.
- Shift Managers start at $65k plus bonus.
